I am are very pleased with The Crowning Touch. I have purchased several gowns, street wear, swimsuits, shoes, and jewelry there. The amount of stock Elissa carries is unreal. She carries such a wide variety (in every price range also).
The service that she gives to us I also feel you will not get anywhere else. She takes the time with each (it is by appointment only) girl and helps them. It is a very one on one atmosphere. Elissa takes her girls under wing and helps them in every way. She will coaching them on interviewing, the stage walk, etc....she goes beyond just selling the gowns.

Elissa and her staff have always been very supportive and helpful. I have even called her in the middle of the night and she is always there to help with whatever you might need. She and her staff go the extra mile. She has even taken the time to met me on the road to cut down on my travel, because I needed shoes at the last minute. Elissa, A few months ago I went into a pageant store about an hour away from my school. Maybe I came at a bad time but, I had called ahead and was still barely acknowledged. I busted my butt to get there after a very long day of classes so I didn't look the best ( jogging pants / dressed for comfort) There were other girls in the store as well & they were getting shown dresses from the back of the store, which I was not given that opportunity. I may not be as wealthy as the other girl that was in there, but I still didn't think I deserved to be treated as if I didn't exist or deserve the same attention as the other girl. When I was in your store you gave me all your attention and still took care of everyone else who came in that day and I never felt as if i were an inconvenience to you in any way. Also when I was in your store, you showed me all your gowns even when I said I could not afford one, you still let me try it on and and feel glamorous and beautiful. When I left the other store I felt poor and not even worth the owner's effort, which hurt . The bottom line is you and your store environment made me feel better about myself, like when you get top 10 in a pageant. That store made me feel like I was in a pageant with 90 people and got last place. I just really want to thank you for making me feel so welcome every time I am in you store and that I am actually worth your time. I plan on coming to see you soon I saw a new Gown on the Party Time website that I love. Hopefully I will be there in the next month.
